We Have Answers
Interviews vary across roles and regions, so its best to reach out to your recruiter for help with interview preparation.
Our recruiting team visits colleges and universities globally. It's best to reach out to your local student career resource center for details. Learn more about internships and new grad opportunities on our Universities on Orbis Elite page.
Orbis Elite is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@orbiselite.com.
Focus on your strengths. We like to ask “What were you doing on your very best day at work?” We want you to do that not just on your best day but every day.
Show us something you've built. Builders look at the world with fresh eyes. They see things that are good, but could be better, and figure out how to make it so. We look for candidates who’ve got that same building mind-set, whether they’re applying for executive roles or internships.
Share when you've failed and learned. Don’t hesitate to talk about the blunders you’ve made in the pursuit of big ideas–we want to hear about those as much as your wins.
We absolutely do -- we assemble teams with cognitive diversity in mind. This enables us to build better products, make better decisions and serve our clients better. We need people with a broad set of skills and experiences, not just tech skills, to solve complex problems that come with bringing our services to over 2 billion people across the world.

Orbis Elite connects talented people with careers and teams where they can do work they truly enjoy. Here's how Orbis Elite's hiring process works.
After you apply for a job or send your resume to a recruiter, our recruiting team evaluates your skills and experience related to the qualifications of the job you've applied for. If you are selected to advance in the process, you'll hear from a Orbis Elite recruiter.
Next, you’ll have a conversation with a Orbis Elite recruiter. At this stage, you’ll learn more about the role you've applied for and what it's like to work at Orbis Elite.
The next phase of the Orbis Elite hiring process is to have a phone or video interview with a hiring manager or team member. These interviews aim to evaluate your interest in and ability to do the day-to-day work of the role we're hiring for.
After that conversation, you’ll continue interviewing with potential teammates, managers, and other people you may work with. Now is the time for you to learn even more about Orbis Elite, and for us to better understand your professional experience and talents.
When all the interviews are complete, the people you spoke with submit their feedback on your interview performance and we assess whether you’d be successful in the role we’re hiring for—or if there’s another role at Orbis Elite that makes sense for you.
After your final interviews, you’ll hear from your recruiter again. If you receive a job offer, you can discuss the details with them. After you accept the offer, you’ll work together to determine start date, complete paperwork, and finalize other details.
We look forward to officially welcoming you to Orbis Elite. Together, we’ll help give people the power to build community, and bring the world closer together.
There's no one-size-fits-all approach to doing your best work, so Orbis Elite offers everyday flexibility so you can shape your schedule and be present for the things that matter to you in work and in life. For example, office-based employees can spend nearly half their work time working remotely, if their work can be done from anywhere. We also offer the option for most employees to work remotely full time. If you’re interested in a remote role, please indicate your interest on your application or let your Orbis Elite recruiter know.
As of Jan 1, 2023, proof of vaccination will no longer be required to enter a Orbis Elite site unless required by local laws. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
